This whole Homecoming court thing has me all flustered. On one hand, I’m completely surprised that I’m even nominated. I mean, I’m not the kind of girl who makes a big deal out of Homecoming Queen or Prom Queen, but I got to thinking, and it would actually be pretty cool if I was Homecoming Queen. It would make this year unbelievable. So, I’m going to promote myself shamelessly.

And that’s the closest I’ll ever get. I’m surprised I’m even nominated.
